Sessions are available online via Zoom, or face-to-face in Beverley and Leven.
Sessions are charged at £125 and usually last around two hours.
The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some people may benefit from one or a small number of sessions, while others choose to continue working together for longer.
If the standard fee would make it difficult for you to access sessions, please get in touch. Reduced rates may be available.
