Many habits are useful but some definitely are not.

  • Why is it so hard to change them?

  • When we do the same thing over and over again our mind simply makes the assumption that it is useful.

  • What happens then our subconscious takes over.
One example for this is when first learning to ride a bike, once mastered it is just a habit and happens subconsciously. However, there are plenty of unhealthy habits such as smoking, nail-biting or overeating. Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious part of the mind, the part that is in control of the habit.

Once the choice is made to change a habit it will be quite easy to become the master of your mind with hypnosis.
