An uncomfortable feeling is something we dislike or even fear. However, it is also an opportunity because it is telling us to go within and inquire what it is all about. Generally, we eat, watch something, play computer games, read a book so that we can focus outwards, anything but looking at the feeling. We do it because we don’t know any better and often we don’t know how to look.
By changing our usual reaction our entire life can change. This is what will happen in our sessions.
We will be looking at how to go inwards but also how to inquire into our beliefs that cause us to feel anxiety. It isn’t possible to be anxious unless you believe a thought that isn’t true.
