The major component for change is imagination. If you can imagine something and you want it, you most likely will achieve it. An athlete would achieve it by crossing the line first, a golfer by seeing the ball drop into the hole, a boxer by hearing the roar of the crowds.
Everyone can do it and practice this visualisation process. At first you need to know what it is that you want to achieve or own. Maybe you want to get a new job, imagine someone congratulating you on your new job, feel, see, hear what this would be like. Maybe you want your house to be clutter free. Imagine walking through the house and feel how good the emptiness feels.
When you practise this on a regular basis you will find that you feel better, that you have more motivation. Hypnotherapy helps clients bring about certain feelings, thoughts, sensations and behaviours and by practising imagination while in trance makes it a very strong process, one that will also increase motivation. If you expect something to happen, it will, whether it be wanted or unwanted. It happens because you have convinced yourself that it will happen.
